As far as garbage goes, the brains of the powers that govern Goa are really in 
the drain.  The more mega projects that spiral up, the more the garbage. 
Progress is not governed by tall structures, but more by clean roads and 
hygienic surroundings. The approach towards Mapusa both from Parra as well as 
Assagao stinks as it is littered with garbage and certainly  an eyesore to 
anybody.  Primarily, an infrastructure has to be created for garbage clearance 
before approval of such projects.
