FC Siolim (Tito’s), Dubai, stormed into the Finals of the 8th All Goa Inter Village Football Tournament, organized by United Goans Dubai, by drubbing Siolim United by two goals to nil, on 1st September. The goals for victorious FC Siolim were scored by Roy Das and former international Franky Baretto. In the other semi final played on 31st August, Benaulim downed Vaxim-Divar by a 3-2 margin. The goals for Benaulim goals were scored by Remmie Araujo (2) and Melvis Fernandes (1). Russel Rodrigues and Rocky Borges helped reduce the margin for Vaxim-Divar. F.C. Siolim will clash with Benaulim in the Finals on Friday, the 14th September, 2012.
