Dear all, Fr. Raymond DeSouza, a priest with the diocese of Kingston, journalist and columnist with the National Post has started the Cardus Convivium Project. This will be an authoritative voice for the role of religion in Canadian society through a magazine, public lectures, intellectual formation for young people, symposia and seminars connecting those who are strengthening faith in our common life.
Fr. Raymond (of Goan origin) and the Cardus Convivium Project has invited Cardinal Gracias of Mumbai to be the keynote speaker at an event in Mississauga on March 19, 2012. Cardinal Gracias will say Mass at 6pm at St . Francis Xavier Church, 5650 Mavis Road Mississauga, before dinner at the Swagat Hall. Welcome and introductions will be given by Hon. Jason Kenney, P.C., Member of Parliament, Minister for Citizenship.
