QUESTION: What is the amount outstanding. Since the pain is shared by many
and spread it is indeed prudent to pay no interest, as market conditions
prevail.
Has the G.O.A. (Toronto) the funds to pay every bond holder in full? What is
the envisaged sale of the property likely to produce?
The Debenture Holders of the G.O.A. (U.K.) Ltd were paid their monies in
full. If there is any one out there who has not yet cashed in their
debenture, kindly contact the Company Secretary of the G.O.A. (U.K) Ltd.
Three Members, including me (£25,000) put up the money (50,000) to satisfy
the Debenture holders.
There was a prudent setup to fund the amount over several years, alas the
money was used by one Committee to bail themselves out of their financial
predicament.
