I have no intention to stand up as an apologist for any goondagiri neither
in
Goa or India or in any part of the world but all empire builders and
patriots/nationalists who wished to maintain their nations on solid
footing , used, from time immemorial, the same strategy.
Did not , the Grande Professor da Universidade de Coimbra, use the
same tactics to stop his nation from descending into chaos with the
help of monteiros of PIDE ?
Back home, did not the luso-goans or mestissos ( later a.k.a. catholic
bamons ) control with the same technique for 451 years, the canarins
do Grande Estado Portugues das Indias Orientais ?

[Goanet] GOA 1961: LIBERATED OR CONQUERED?

After 60 years the dadagiri continues like the incident on Sao Jacinto island
today.
BC

On 18 December 1961, India?s armed forces marched into Goa, Daman and Diu
and, in a virtually bloodless operation lasting some 36 hours, ended the
Portuguese rule of 451 years.

Was Goa ?liberated? or was it ?conquered??
