Only if we have Johnson and his Jolly Boys instead of the loud cacophony that
calls itself music ...  :-)

Dear Goanet readers

Weddings for Catholics is a big event and a big part of our culture.
Traditionally we played music till everybody went home happy after they
exercised their feet! This tradition went for years till this alien law of
sound pollution stopped it. A lot of things may be good for hindustan, but not
for goyenkars who are slowly forced to give up many things they enjoyed for
years.

We needs our traditions to be preserved. Now it is become a fashion by our
modern day hactivists to complain about anything under the sun. Tourists can
have demarcated zone to enjoy their music without disturbing their neigbours.
Most tourist places around the world have such facilities for tourists and if
we still want to make Goa as a major Tourist Destination, we cannot implement
regressive measures!

Parrikar should go ahead and do what is best for Goa and Goans as we
have some some die hard Anti- Parrikars who will critisize him no
matter what he does!

Bring our traditional Weddings and late night dances back!

Cheers
