Hi there G'tmen. I have re-uploaded another set of pictures and if they ain't too great, do sayme try again. http://www.flickr.com/photos/fotoart/sets/72157604922374778/ It appears the two homes in Bardes are in Nagoa in Bardez. The Nagoa in Salcette perhaps has a couple of old houses of interest including the Machados, but pray tell, who i this old doll Diana you old timers going on about? Lastly, there are some farm houses/country homes of Rajasthan in the book and they are homely; the ones from Goa..e...lets say they lack that warmth, the nice 'come home' feel to them. In Rajasthan, the farm houses glow in the warmth and welcome if you know what I mean. There have been other celebrators of this village, of varying distinction & statue, in erstwhile times. None has been statued yet, that I know of...thus, leaving the field open to the our Blossom. Pictures of a recent book on Contemporary Indian interiors with three houses from Goa. The houses are supposedly located in Nagoa-Bardez, Bardez (no specific location) and Porvorim. Maybe somebody may recognize the interior?? Maybe another excuse for an Salcette-Bardez fight?? http://www.flickr.com/photos/fotoart/sets/72157604886511964/ I thought Nagoa was in Diu (on the Gujarat Coast, formerly of Goa, Daman and Diu). Diu has become hot of late as a less washed-up version of Goa. But it is very small and will be spoiled in no time.
