FN RESPONSE: Caro Administrador Noronha, Thanks. Have commented on the issue on Goanet - hitherto, including recently. Will comment on the alleged 'crackdown' after I read about a substantial (as opposed to a token and transient) reversal. I am absolutely sure that Patracar Noronha was aware of the reports which were coming out from the Andamans for the past 10 years (atleast) AND that he (Patracar Noronha) has written about it on more than 1/2 an occasion. http://www.colaco.net/1/andaman1.htm IMHO, the real scandal is the loud silence in the face of the blissful ignorance on the part of the Patracars who otherwise wax eloquently and emptily about colonialism, liberation and democracy. jc --- Protect Goa's natural beauty Support Goa's first Tiger Reserve Sign the petition at: http://www.goanet.org/petition/petition.php ---

Otherwise, this Colaco will NOT be able to teach you anything.
