It is sad to see one of the success stories of India going sour.Micro finance (pioneered by Mohammed Yunus of Bangladesh of Grameen Bank fame and a Nobel Peace prize winner) was sought to be emulated in India by USA returned Dr Vikram Akula. It was a great success initially until greed overtook social responsibility. It is sad to read about the number of suicides caused by pathani interest rates. It is yet another dream gone sour.
