[Goanet] Music... from Goa, and the acoustic guitars

[Frederick "FN" Noronha]

AGOG (Acoustic Guitar Orchestra of Goa) is an ensemble of classical
guitar students led by Rui Lobo and Roque Lazarus, under the
mentorship of Schubert Cotta. They are seen here having their debut
collaboration with soprano singer, Archana Kathrein. Archana was
trained in Nuremberg , Germany , under performing opera singer Monica
Teepe, and is currently getting coached by Rebecca Martins from
Nuremberg Hochshule. She started learning sitar and tabla at Sangeet
Mahabharati but was drawn to western classical singing by the
influence of her husband, guitar / sitar player Christian Kathrein.
