Vincy Quadros —— Nilesh Cabral to felicitate Vincy Quadros Margao : Noted ani prolific writer Vincy Quadros is being felicitated at the hands of Minister for Public Works Department, Govt. of Goa Shri Nilesh Cabral at Ravindra Bhawan, Curchorem on 17th July, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. Vincy Quadros has penned around 40 books till date and edited noteworthy synonyms book ‘Utrak Utram. He is a translator, transliterator, compere, actor and writer-singer in the field of tiatr. Recently he has published his tiatr book called ‘Kallokh’ staged way back in 1984 and ‘Ponnsulam’, a poetry book. He has been awarded at national level which include National Bal Sahitya Puraskar and many state level institutions’ award for his literature. His award winning books are ‘Jaduchem Pettul’, ‘Turo’, ‘Surya-Uday’, ‘Fuldanni’ and ‘Porsum’ He writes in both the scripts i.e. Roman and Devnagri. He is one of the translators for complete Bible in Konkani. He has been felicitated at State, national and international level. He was one of the union leaders of Goa ani started ‘Kamgarvanni’ a labour journal. Presently he is President of Dalgado Konknni Akademi, ‘Konkani Expert’ for recruitement of professors at colleges and Goa University. He is the editor for Divine Voice, Kerela and DKA-s Gõycho Pormoll. This felicitation at the time of book release function of Mathew Julius D’ Costa ‘Leo Linda’ is yet another feather to the carrier of Shri Vincy Quadros.
