Coach Mariano Barreto is very much in Portugal and there is NO TRUTH in him
fleeing Portugal for any reason. Please check your facts before emailing the
world.
Thanks

Hello Mr. Sousa there is a joke circulating around that Goans are playing in
the WC. There is a chap called Veornica who has gone to extent of naming the
village of a player named Mario Fernandes. Goans are champions in urrac. The
only chap I know who is a coach is Mariano Barreto from Taleigao who had to
flee Portugal because of child abuse charges. In Macau there is one player by
the name of Noruega who has represented Macau.

[Goanet] Surprise

2018-06-20 Thread Bernado Colaco
One is surprised to see that Correia did not see the 4th CR goal. Highest
scorer of the WC at the moment. Best European scorer surpassing Puskas. 4th Hat
trick in WC. Second highest country scorer behind Ali Daei(Iran). Currently
highest rating among 23 players participating in Russia 9.23. Fastest ball
movement recorded against Spain 41km/h.One of the best free kicks scored. Ball
dipping after soaring 8 feet over Ramos and Pique.
God bless WC and all the Goans taking part in this tournament.
Thank you

Just read Rodrigues' column in the Sunday Navhind Times and was surprised to
know that the FIFA World Cup is not having an impact in the football-loving
state.
The writer gives his opinions why the youth have lost interest and that their
new-found interests are booze and drugs. Sad that things havve taken such a
turn. A self-goal perhaps?
Yeah, Portugal has always been favourite of Goa's football-obsessed people.
The writer says Ronaldo is an "enigma", but I like to know why is he so?

violating that rule

My Response: Yes I changed subject line initially because I felt it had to
be that way and you re-changed the subject line because you did not want my
subject line to travel Goan Boundaries (Check for yourself).

And by the way Dr. Jose you have been faulting Rules of Goanet to the extent
that you are posing challenge to Goanet moderators including Owner of Goanet
whether they should consider your ouster from Goanet, the second time!

Doctor Jose, remember I can keep a tab on all your responses to prove as to
how you are faulting the Rules of Goanet under disguise of you claiming to
be LL.B.

Despite this, I can comfortably say that even Metric Fail GOAN WILL defeat
you in your ideology at any forum IN GOA.

And lastly Dr. Jose. Although English is difficult (as every other
langue prevailing in world) ... you conveniently preferred not to answer
What's World Englishers and Portuguese Guzzlers is about and these were my
basic questions to you. .

Dr. Jose Colaco, you can take this thread to what ever limit you can
stretch..I will be with the thread.

Best regards,

Baba Barad,

re #1 What is metric fail ?

re #4 When did Jose's FIRST ouster from GoaNet take place?

re # 6 Silk or Raw Silk?

#2 #3 are self exclusive hence ignored

# 5 makes as much sense as Metric fail. It is also irrelevant to the
discussion. Hence ignored.

You may check GoaNet archives. You will find two GMC graduates who
have listed themselves as Matric (not Metric) Fail. One of them is
jose. another is Santoshbab. It is my submission that when it was time
for jc and Santoshbab to attend high school ..the Matric was NO
LONGER awarded but the SSC was! Comprende?

But ... then English is a difficult language. Is it not?

OK Barad - let me allow you to have the final say on this thread. You
are the beshtesht. You probably are the only one in the world who
would be Metric Pass! OK?

This message is in reply to Message: 10, Dated: Sat, 8 Nov 2008 From: J.

Jose, on above subject Dr. Samir has already answered you very aptly (Ref.:
Message: 1, Date: Fri, 7 Nov 2008 From: Samir Kelekar Subject: Hindu or
not?) and yet you had mouthful to say.

Jose, will you re-check your earlier postings to Goanet in the month of
March 2008! In one of your mail you made a mention that you are Matric Fail
while replying to Dr. Annesimo's message!! Surprised?

You have even conveniently forgotten what you had written to my query which
was posted to Goanet immediately thereafter under subject title Confusing
yet interesting. Through this message I had posed you a very simple question
as to how can one pass M. D. LL. B. without clearing Matric (S.S.C.)?

And your replies to a simple question were equally complex and confusing
depicting confused mindset as is your recent follow-up on the thread or are
you still trying to prove the saying - Mais Papista do que O papa (Meaning
in English, Holier than thou attitude) prevails in Goa.

Jose, it's only because of such attitudes of some Goans during Portuguese
regime, they (Portuguese) had tossed this phrase. You should understand
that those days are gone and will never be back again in Goa.

Any way for your quick perusal I provide following links.

Jose, this makes me conclude that English, at this age, is indeed a
difficult a language as remembering earlier writings/postings to Goanet.
This message to you is from World Englishers.

Best regards,

2008-11-07 Thread Samir Kelekar

Baradbab:
Dr. Jose Colaco is a Goan by birth, who is a Portuguese citizen, living in
Bahamas, and who is qualified in British law. If you are still with me and

not confused enough, he has a soft corner for Andamanese and the Sidhis and
is against freedom fighters.

Way back in 1967 or some other time (and being a stickler for unnecessary
details but not the important things, I am sure he will correct me on the
date), he got a lathi while he was a by stander during some agitation in

Panjim. He still remembers that lathi vividly even now.

He complains about Goa a lot as we have seen. His big grouse is against
Bandodkar because he gave jobs to Bhaile. But then, he doesnt realize
that he himself is a bhailo in Bahamas.

We have seen how he has tried to defame the victim in this rape case by
implicitely accussing her of faking the rape etc (using a testtube) ; but I
tell you if he is sued by

the victim or her mother for defamation in Florida -- a place which he
often visits, he will try to
wiggle out of what he said by giving some or the other excuses.

He is very good at what I call dancing the kathakali dance. If he can't
answer one question that you asked, he will ask you a counter question
on something else.

Enough said,

Samir

My responses[JC] to what Samir Kelekar [SK] wrote:

SK1: Jose Colaco is a Goan by birth, who is a Portuguese citizen,

JC1: Accurate thus far

SK2he has a soft corner for Andamanese and the Sidhis
JC2: Accurate thus far

SK3: is against freedom fighters.
JC3: Incorrect. I am appalled by their negligence. You can see the
result of their negligence ...now. Please see the pictures sent by
Rajan Parrikar and JoeGoaUK

SK4: Way back in 1967 or some other time he got a lathi while he was
a by stander during some agitation in Panjim.
JC4: Correct and Incorrect. The lathi charge is correct. The
by-stander part is correct. The agitation bit is incorrect. The CRP
lathi-charged Goans PEACEFULLY walking home (or wherever) after the
results of the Opinion Poll were declared

SK5: He still remembers that lathi vividly even now.
JC5: Correct.

SK6: His big grouse is against Bandodkar because he gave jobs to Bhaile.
JC6: Incorrect. My big grouse against Bandodkar is for giving jobs to
Bhaille which could have beeneasily be filled by Goans who were
equally qualified as the bhaille and knew more about Goa than the
bhaille did..

SK7: he doesnt realize that he himself is a bhailo in Bahamas.
JC7: Incorrect...and understands very well that equally qualified
locals get preference over bhaille

SK8: We have seen how he has tried to defame the victim in this rape
case by implicitely accussing her of faking the rape etc (using a
testtube) ;
JC8: Either Samir cannot read English, cannot understand it OR is
happy being a LIAR.

SK9: but I tell you if he is sued by the victim or her mother for
defamation in Florida -- a place which he often visits, he will try
to wiggle out of what he said by giving some or the other excuses.
JC9: Such a law suit is welcome.

SK10: He is very good at what I call dancing the kathakali dance. If
he can't answer one question that you asked, he will ask you a counter
question on something else.
JC10: Look at WHO has done the Kathak when asked a simple question:
Are you, Samir Kelekar, a Hindu?

SK11: Enough said,
JC11: Correct.

Lastly, Dr. Jose, I picked up the art of changing subject line(s) depending

-n- number of occasions so there is no need of harping on this minor issue.

Best regards,
