He was working in Kuwait but I do not know whether he had any relations in Colvale or Revora but he was very famous over there and people enjoyed his songs. I remember he sang a song " Gordi" I even prompted this song for him and i had to write the song myself for him to do the prompting. I do not know wther he is the same S Parra who have died.
