The first match was contested between Don Bosco and Malabar United. The

the match revolved mostly in the centre half as both teams tried to gain
possession, as Don Bosco began to settle, they started to look more
comfortable and were rewarded with a free kick which was well converted
into a Goal by Conrad no 4. Malabar in response attempted some long
range shots and were finally rewarded with a goal in the closing minutes
of the first half. The first half score was 1 -1. In the second both
the teams started to attack each other in search of the lead. Don Bosco
won a free kick which was taken by Steven but his shot was well saved by
the Malabar Goal keeper. Malabar made a change and brought in Noshad in
place of Shahli and started to dominate again until they won a free kick
which was shot wide. The score still remained the same at the end of the
final whistle and the game went into extra time. During the extra time

Yellow card for a hard tackle and during the closing stages of the extra

P. A. Tony. The game went into penalties. For Don Bosco Alex and Michael
converted from the spot kick while Conrad and Peter saw their shots
being saved by the Malabar goal keeper. For Malabar Sulfi, Gibu Hari and

some of the efforts well save by the Rising Star Goal keeper. During the

began to dominate and ended the first half on a high. During the second
half Skynet Raider made a change and brought in Ashton in place of
Victor and went all out on the attack in search of an equaliser. As they
pushed forward Goa Maroons got a change on the break and Kennedy No 10
