Grina Pereira’s Musical Extravaganza on 27 May 2018 at Villiers High
School,Southall England was “Pure Silk” from Back stage well-dressed and
organised crew to sound and lighting engineers the Band and Master of
Ceremonies seating arrangements to the quality of catering. It was such a
great delight for all who attended PUTTING THE Talent of Goa and its People
Centre Stage.

The Stars off the Musical were our young people, their performance in amche
bhas was indeed refreshing to hear, true ambassadors for their villages in
state of Goa and our people. I hope this revival will continue and encourage
others.

Seen on a recent Whats App:

You can travel First Class or Economy the destination will be the same.

You can wear a Rolex Watch or an Ordinary one the Time will still be the same.

You can drive a Mercedes or a Nano the Road will still be the same Road.

What I am trying to say is as people we Goans say one thing and do another but
we are still Goan, you will find this all around the world as its in the DNA.

We have fellow Goans who work for the development of our community while others
are Hand in Pocket like parasites feeding on our community especially those who
are vulnerable.

If we had no Criminals there would be no need for Police.

We do have a silent majority of Goans with a good name, in time I feel sure
they will come forward and develop our community hopefully in this generation.
The musical show could be a turning point and an example to us all.
