Digu has new RP2021 like rehetoric to fool Goans in the next election: VISION 2035 What is the use of 25-year vision to a government which is closing eyes to the on going destruction and rape of Goa and Goans? Though most of the Council members are Goans and intellectuals, they do not know Goan ground realties. They must first study what Digu and 40 chors really are.
