 Yes.

  Declaration of IWD was by Clara Zetkin in 1910 at the International 
Conference of Socialist Women in Copenhagen. UN adopted the 1910 decision.

the phrase by the UN in 1910  was meant to be deleted.

Responsibility of  the  Legislature, Judiciary and Executive  will be the
subject of panel discussion.

Ms Ezilda Sapeco, Chairperson of Goa State Commission for Women will speak
on the responsibility  of Legislature, Former law Secretary, Ms Anuja
Prabhudesai will speak on the rresponsibility of Judiciary  and  Mr Bosco
George, Superintendent of Police ,will elaborate on the responsibility  of
the Executive in ensuring justice for women which will  be followed by an
interaction session.

On the occasion of the 100th year of Declaration of International Women's
Day by the UN in 1910, Ms Nandita Haksar, Human Rights, Supreme Court
lawyer, who has been part of the national women's movement will trace the
history of Women's movement and state responsibility towards women.

The centenary celebrations will also include a power point presentation on
Women in Village Planning by Venita Coelho and Vgilia  De Sa from GBA,
besides  cultural expressions on women's issues.
