It's become constantly clear that Ana Maria Fernandes belongs to some fringe Chrisitan groups, perhaps Believers. I wish she declares her religious afiliation. I, for one, is a Catholic and have many close relatives members are members of Believers. Forget Mary, my dear, can I ask you you if Jesus is real? I don't know if Ana Maria has followed the Jesus debate nor is she aware of the Jesus Seminar. Christology and Mariology are two different subjects but have a connection. Tossing ecclesiastical questions on this forums may not get you answers. I can point out where Ana Maria can direct her questions if she wishes to know some answers.Eugene Eugene

Christ never founded any religion. He came into the world to improve our standard of thought and life. He just wanted us to do two things. Love God with your whole heart and love your neighbour . We celebrate 165 feasts of Mary a year but still do not know who this Mary is. We have xerox type of feasts. First the rosary will be said, followed by mass and sermon and then salve. People repeatedly say our father, hail Mary, holy mary a number of times with our lips moving but at heart they only know what they feel. I feel it a boring exercise. Our sermons that we hear are also boring. In our religion our saints are all imported saints. what to do is there any one who want to listen to me ? As far as love is concerned it is missing from our dictionary. Our parents are languishing in limbo( home for the aged. ) the parents are literary begging for love. brothers do not see eye to eye. Brothers are fighting for parents; property. neighbours do not love one another. parents do not love their children . Murders and crimes and catholics mostly are involved many times. We boast of many things in our religion which is actually not correct. We belieive to much in our priests and nuns. They consider themselves religious but in reality they are not. We just cannot absolve them of their crimes because they are humans. They have to be another christ . The choice was theirs to become religious and when they have made this choice of their choice they have to abide by the rule of honesty and be a leading guide to their followers. jesus was a leading torch for humanity. Mary never asked the desciples to give her praises and glory and to say the rosary or to pray for her. she had concerned for humanity. Search for truth in our religion and ask God to show you the way.
