Hi,
1) We had this discussion on GN before. and I mentioned Bill Gates as a college 
dropout.
2) You are talking through your hat, you have not had an experience with GMC, 
and were fortunate not to be ill requiring GMC hospital treatment.
 
Mapuca hospital and other hospitals DO HAVE sophisticated machines but they are 
on ONE OFF basis, that means - if one hospital has one type of machine the 
other has another type, which means, the patient has to be transferred to 
different private hospitals on a regular basis which is not practical for an 
ill patient.
 
As I said count your blessings that you are or were not in that position, and 
shut up - don't bring Bill Gates into this, I just mentioned PhD to categorise 
high tax payers who subsidise the GMC heavily. (categorising all taxpayers here 
is not possible, you may have the time for that).
 
3) Why did she vent her anger?
Have you had experience with the GMC doctors? NO? then again, shut up!!
As Samir said if they were efficient they (the doctors at GMC) would not have 
named and  said doctor A, B or C SHOULD have been slapped instead.
 
It would be valuable if you had experienced GMC first hand to get the inside 
view, as I had.
Just like they say 'little knowledge is dangerous', your selective nit-picking 
is annoying.

There are many pvt hospitals in Mapusa etc. which have the very best medical 
equipment.
Once again - WHY DID SONIA VENT HER ANGER ON A GMC DOCTOR, INSTEAD OF HERSELF?  
a loving daughter will always give her mother the very best, expensive, medical

My reply - A Phd does not guarantee you will become rich, but it can help some 
to become rich, and not all PhDs are rich. Today, even Xth std pass and a 
desire to succeed, can assure financial greatness.

Have you read about Bill Gates

The poor are not dumb, they can be very outspoken, but, they have not been 
given the same facilities as you.

SHE DOES NOT CONTINUE SLAPPING PEOPLE WHO SHE FEELS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HER OWN 
"KANJOOSI".

Working conditions for junior Doctors are the same in UK as well - overworked 
and underpaid.
?
Private hospitals do not have all the facities that are available in the GMC 
which is funded by the TAXPAYERS (rich and poor alike), the same applies to UK.
The rich are forcefull because we can understand the mistakes the doctors make, 
and we are rich because we have done our Phds, we are not dumb like the poor.
?
There is a limit to how much the rich can afford, private hospital also 
manipulate and linger the sick persons illness to get more money out of them, 
do unnecessay operations etc.
It is always wise to slap the donkey to get the cart moving.
