Nasci responds:
After reading Fred's input, I have to correct /add
thus: The name is Lavy and not levy. He was the
fastest runner in all of Asia at the time,doing the
100m in 10.2 or 10.4 seconds, I would say. He
represented and won for India at the Asian Games and
brought pride to Indian Athletes at the Olypics! He
preceded Mr Singh who represented India at the Rome
Olympics.
