[google-appengine] Is headless Chrome really available on App Engine/Cloud Functions?

Hi, I just found I cannot access the last year's announcement on headless 
Chrome support on App Engine and Cloud Functions.
The URL 
https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/gcp/introducing-headless-chrome-support-in-cloud-functions-and-app-engine
 
redirects to https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/application-development 
. And I don't see any mentions on the documentation. 
Has the project been shut down? or something wrong on the blog?
