[google-appengine] Application run on local but not running After deploy in GAE

I create a simple application then deploy when run on the local its working 
but not run after deploy on the GAE  what can do  for it any one help me 
about this 

I am using this code for the connect the google cloud sql 


driver:-

[google-appengine] Issue of google app engine with eclipse(juno) 4.2 IDE

I am using the GAE with eclipse (juno) 4.2 but issue with that is the 
eclipse (juno) 4.2 automatic close after 2-3 min of starting on eclipse 
(juno ) 4.2 IDE but i think this is the new eclipse IDE so taht why give 
that problem.

[google-appengine] Enable billing for Google Cloud SQL

As was previously announced, from June 12th 2012 use of the Google Cloud 
SQL service is charged, and instances will be disabled for all projects for 
which billing is not enabled. As a result, the following instances will 
disabled by July 16th:

as this information is right ?
i am a individual developer not the large data user I use only the use as 
per D1 type instance 
is free fro developer are not?

I am facing this problem last  one hour . i am using google app engine sdk
1.7.1 in eclipse indigo(3.7) using java jdk 1.6 so what can do solve this
problem

Usage:  [options] 

Options:
 --help, -h Show this help message and exit.
 --server=SERVERThe server to use to determine the latest
  -s SERVER   SDK version.
 --address=ADDRESS  The address of the interface on the local
machine
  -a ADDRESS  to bind to (or 0.0.0.0 for all interfaces).

Yes!! Google Team already update you for this !. It's not big issue you
change your java version for this !!! It will solve automatic.

[google-appengine] Locally file upload works well, but then when deploy with GAE it doesn't perform form post with php and app engine

Locally file upload works well, but then when deploy with GAE it doesn't 
perform form post. Take a look at my description of the problem and code.

All other funcionalities of my application work, just file upload doesn't.
