my gae app run well at localhost. however, the deployed version always got the HardDeadlineExceededError & ExceptionInInitializerError.
IMHO, it is not acceptable as ONLY me using it while the error occurred. Question (1) Will enable billing helps to eliminate the errors? (My answer is no - but just to confirm whether will it help.)
