I just noticed that dewitt clinton's python-twitter (http:// code.google.com/p/python-twitter/) stopped working with the new update.
It logs a warning that "Stripped prohibited headers from URLFetch request: ['Host']" , and then hangs until the request times out. As far as I can tell, python-twitter isn't using any prohibited headers, and it didn't break until now. It looks like it's still working on my laptop with 1.2.1, but doesn't work with 1.2.2.
