Hi I hope this is just an artifact of the roll out of 1.9 and things settle down. At the moment appengine seems very slow, actions that are normally sub 200ms is up above 800ms, and things that might take 800ms are somewhere between 1300ms and 4000ms.
In the last 6 hours loading latency has also gone from sub 4000ms to around nearly 6000ms.
