The problem is that you're using a JRE (3rd item on your list). Make sure
you point Eclipse to a JDK.
JRE = Java Runtime Environment
JDK = Java Development Kit

I think I already made the right configuration. Because when I Run the
Web App it works fine. But the Red thing is annoying.
