I'm getting this when trying to do a nightly backup of my app from a cron job...
No handlers could be found for logger "google.appengine.tools.appengine_rpc" Please go to https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha. Upon entering my account information with the correct password at CAPTCHA, it tells me the username/account isn't correct. Furthermore, I'm able to log the same account into gmail just fine.
