Checking on the Billing Settings, my Free Quota for CPU is showing up as 6.5 hours. Okay, the Google Docs page on Quotas(http://code.google.com/appengine/ docs/quotas.html) says that every app should have 46 CPU-hours from their Free CPU quota. Hi vivpuri, Yes, the reduction is planned.
