I talked to the team about this, and this was the result of some code we pushed. The change has been rolled back. We'll fix it before we push it again. Hi Reco, Since the credit card account settings are managed in Google Checkout, I think a better place for this kind of question would be in the Google Checkout support center http://checkout.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=105916 http://checkout.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=29072 http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/checkout-merchants (though this forum is technically for merchants as opposed to buyers) I'm not certain but I didn't find anything that indicates this kind of automatic failover is supported...
