Nevermind. Problem solved. It seems that only certain versions of the app cannot be deleted (notably v1). I managed to delete versions from 2 on. Thanks. I had the same problem. Now I'm up to nearly version 2xx of my app, but I still have my v1 stuck in there which can't be deleted. Funny enough I don't have that problem in my other app...
