[google-appengine] Re: application is down on production

How long have you been experiencing slow instance startup? We have been experiencing it since Friday. HR is throwing a lot of errors for me right now, slow instance startup and V3 DB issues (The API call datastore_v3.Get() took too long to respond and was cancelled.)
