why are you not using another class that implements the MediaSource
interface - e.g., MediaByteSource or MediaStreamSource?

If you are looking to upload photos that a user has uploaded, you will not
be able to save the image in the file system. You'll have to buffer the data
in memory and post to Picasa's API.
