Yeah we noticed it was fixed at 12:12AM last night. I wish they'd give an explanation for what happened, and why it won't happen again. We've got a lot riding on GAE. Having the same issue, i've been trying for a full 24 hours now... tried incrementing version, no luck. Google has a huge opportunity in taking the lead on cloud computing, but this is failure. We haven't released our app yet, i can only imagine how disastrous this kind of an outage could be for us after release. I had the same issue last night, incrementing the version number this morning made seemed to allow it to deploy successfully.
