Re: Installed Google plugin in Helios, but no sign of it
Thanks for the tip. The problem was of course that I didn't have permission to write to Eclipse's installation directory. Pretty silly of Eclipse not to complain during installation though!? Thanks! Sounds strange, but I'll try it. Thanks, Arve On Sun, Jul 4, 2010 at 4:35 PM, Kurt wrote: > I had the same problem. Installed Google plugin in Helios, but no sign of it
Hi I've just installed the Google plugin for Eclipse in Helios (3.6) 64- bit on Windows 7/Java 1.6 x64, but I can't see any of its functionality what so ever. For instance, from what I understand there should be a "New Web Application Project" button, there's no such thing however. In the "Installed Software" page of "Eclipse Installation Details" I can see that "Google Plugin for Eclipse 3.6" is installed, but I can't see it listed on the "Plug-ins" page, where I suppose it should be? Am I perhaps hit by an incompatibility issue? Thanks, Arve -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Web Toolkit" group.
