Re: Obesity query v0.2

2015-04-02 Thread mish

I'll let Debbie comment on the numbers tomorrow rather than trust my memory.
I'm not sure if she ran the query without the email requiremet, but pretty sure
she ran it without the PCP requirement but she can't recall if she saved the
intermediate results off the top of her head. Larry Hanrahan is the local lead.
I've CC'd Larry here. If you've got questions let me know and we'll get you the
answers.

Thanks. Who is the local lead for the obesity survey?

How many fewer patients are there in 1a. and 1b. when these criteria are
enforced vs. when they are not enforced?

Thanks again.

WISC did query 1a and 1b.

Our site requires two additional criteria:
1) must have parent/guardian with email (if child), must have email (if adult)
2) must have pcp with Family Medicine

Results for query 1a: 1,250
Results for query 1b: 63,500

2015-04-02 Thread Tom Mish

A new version of the query was updated.

 * Jim moved the comments/version history section to a separate document
 * The changes in this are to the output (variable names and ordering)
produced to make it easier to import into redcap.

RE: [gpc-informatics] #232: Q1 2015 QA exercise

2015-04-02 Thread Munns, Michael B
In the create script for the obesity active patients
(Q1_2015_GPC_OBESITY_ACTIVE_PATIENTS) the where condition for the BMI part it
has ” concept_path = '\GPC\Vital Signs\LOINC:39156-5\' “

We do not have the GPC metadata installed. We do have BMI under PCORI that does
have facts.

Can that be used instead?

Should we download and install GPC metadata?
