Laurel / All ,

Ah yes there seems to have been a problem with the email list , it is now
sending all the queued up emails that we’ve sent over the last few days.

So we had our first webex meeting this last Tuesday. Notes are here :

https://wiki.ctri.mcw.edu/display/GDD/April+2017+Meeting

We didn’t talk much about how to address the issues your team brought up as we
had bigger outstanding issues to address in our first call. If anyone wants an
invite to these monthly calls ( first Tuesday of the month at 11am CST ) I can
add you . Just drop me an email directly.

SNOW SHRINE Administrators,

We're still working on the SNOW on-boarding phase. (Close to half way there)
To complete your SNOW SHRINE install for this on-boarding phase, please
schedule time with me at your earliest convenience for SHRINE 1.20.1
verification to ensure your SHRINE configuration is complete. This step should
be done using the demo ontology. After that, you can then move onto the SCILHS
ontology implementation.

https://wiki.ctri.mcw.edu/display/SNOW/SNOW+Spoke+Implementation+on+CentOS

Spokes at WISC, MCRF, UTSW and UMN have been signed off for completion of their
SHRINE SNOW 1.20.1 verification step. IU, MCW and UNMC are very close,
respectfully! For the other sites, please get in touch with me if you need
help initiating the install of your server. I'm happy to help. Standing up a
new server and getting ports opened up has been time consuming for some.

As you already know, the test hub is on 1.19.2 and the production hub is on
1.20.1. Once we get all 12 GPC organizations on-boarded for SNOW SHRINE, we'll
have both the test hub and a production hub on SHRINE version 1.20.1. So if
you're doing any maintenance on your server in the future after this
on-boarding phase, we might plan to quarantine your spoke to the test hub to
avoid issues in our production environment with your "contagious spoke" (aka
under maintenance), if your site chose to only build one server. If you are
building two servers for SNOW SHRINE (one for each environment), that will you
save you this effort.

Thanks and good night!

A comment on fasting versus random glucose test.

In Northwestern EDW, 99.999% of glucose tests are recorded as random, whether

Comment (by dconnolly):

George, I'm not surprised you get no results for fasting; I don't think I
get any either. But babel shows 6777-7 is much used at MCW; that's in the
list of codes for random glucose, yes? Do you not get any results there
 either?

Meanwhile, note the work on `lab_review.csv` I haven't integrated it
into the query yet; i.e. replaced the hard-coded list of LOINC codes with
a join on a table built from `lab_review.csv`.

Meanwhile, Dr. Kho is refining the lab spreadsheet. 5792-7 seems to be the
most recorded glucose lab at MCW (based on c_totalnum from Babel). That
row in Dr. Kho's Apr 4 spreadsheet says "No". I'm not sure why; he plans
to include rationale in his next revision. 5792-7 is also not in the SQL
code. For 6777-7, which is also much recorded, I see "allowable for now"
and it is in the SQL code.

The ETL ADD is now a REDCap project hosted by Duke:
