 All temporal modules yield `WARNING:root:Needed to restart the libgis
 server, caller: Server check thread` when run under python3 virtualenv.
 The modules seem to work fine though.

 Is this warning something python3 related or because of the virtualenv...?
 In any case, it is not there in 76 rel branch.
