Thanks. We would be satisfied to get it working without the gui for now. But even that threw many more errors when compiling. We had to have a huge configure line, pointing many --with-xxx-includes= and --with-xxx-libs= to the /usr/local/Cellar directory. Otherwise it did not find them.
