You try to overwrite the source with the target, to my knowledge invalid
(sure, the module should say so).

Try
r.fillnulls input=dtm1 output=dtm1_filled

I used the --overwrite option

i had problems with r.fillnulls recently see :

after that fix the same syntax was working


changing the output to a new name i got the same error
