Any idea when wingrass7 nightly builds will be available again ? As many of
the current critical issues for grass7 are windows specific, it would be
great to have the nightly builds to help in testing.

it's related to the new redesigned and updated osgeo4w msys/mingw
packages [1,2]. Currently I am solving last issues related to GRASS7
compilation errors. OSGeo4w package is not available, standalone
package will be online later.

If you are using osgeo4w I suggest to install the environment from the scratch.

Sorry for inconvenience, Martin

AFAICT no. apps/msys/include/regex.h is in still in msys-1.0.11-13 (and
 that's from Apr 13th).

Then it seems to be a problem on the server creating the nightly
builds. Actually it affects all branches.

hm, there must be some change in osgeo4w framework. Last build is
three days old. I will try to fix it ASAP.

should be OK now. I found out problem on the server side. When I was
working on the new version of msys package I have installed mingw
which caused this problem.

[GRASS-dev] wingrass7 nightly builds broken

2013-07-03 Thread Markus Metz
For the last two days, the nightly builds for trunk are broken.

Configure fails [0] with

[...]
checking whether to use regex... yes
checking for location of regex includes...
checking for regex.h... no
configure: error: *** Unable to locate regex includes.

I guess some osgeo4w update moved or removed regex?
