I did update mom in /usr/local/share/groff instead of /usr/share/groff Now, I'm happy again. Greetings Heinz

I'm CCing this to the list because emails to Heinz are being returned as undeliverable. If you are using 2.6 or 2.6_a and the problem persists, please send me a file exhibiting the error. Occasionally, when testing mom, I inadvertently set up conditions that give perfect results but which overlook some real world scenarios. Cheers. -- Peter Schaffter https://www.schaffter.ca
Re: Long Heading lines using mom
Hello Peter, I just saw, that a new mom version, 2.6, should solve my problem with large heading lines. But unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. I'm sure I did update om.tmac. Can I see the used mom version somewhere in the output text? What else can I check? May be print some mom variables while generating the output file? Greetings Heinz Am Dienstag, 29. We can thank Tadziu for that. Who'd'a thunk you needed to stick leaders in a diversion in order to tack them onto filled copy? There is a lot of checking that has to be done with TOCs--they're tricky beasts--but the changes should be in the repo and on mom's web page within the next couple of days. I've a few other issues to take care of beforehand. -- Peter Schaffter https://www.schaffter.ca
