Hello everyone! I tried to install Gromacs 5.0.1. After this command:
cmake .. -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=ON -DREGRESSIONTEST_DOWNLOAD=ON (as described in the gromacs installation information) It tries to download of the regressiontest pack from the internet which is no longer available. I tried to turn the option off and give it the path to another set of regression tests (as cmake .. -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=ON -DREGRESSIONTEST_DOWNALOAD=OFF -DREGRESSIONTEST_PATH=/home/user/gromacs-5.0.1/build/regressiontests) but it still tries to download the file with no success.
