Hi Mah Maz, The run has everything it needs in memory. It writes .xtc/.tng/.trr .log .edr and .cpt files as it goes. Dear users, I deleted my input files(.gro,.mdp,.top,.ndx..) before the simulation is over by mistake. However, it is still running. Which files should be present to the end of a run?
