Re: Docs in a sorry state

2011-08-19 Thread jdunham
I agree. I think we could all pitch in and add some more documentation to
the main site. I started a Browser page and will try to fill in some more
of it over the weekend. http://mgsd-docs.tiddlyspace.com/#[[Browser
Compatibility]] Your browser may require escaping the URL:
http://mgsd-docs.tiddlyspace.com/#%5B%5BBrowser%20Compatibility%5D%5D.
Maybe we should standardize on tiddler names without spaces.

It would be great if Simon can update the documentation link at
http://mgsd.tiddlyspot.com/#Resources, so I've CC'ed him in case that bumps
it into his inbox. I don't know whether anyone else can modify the main
website.

Re: Docs in a sorry state

2011-08-19 Thread joel the ripper
I see your point. I didn't mean anything personal to the one guy. I
look at the problems I listed as signs of health problems. If the
health problems are due in large part to Simon (?) being the only guy
with an actual hand in the project, then that would need to change in
order for the project to be healthy.

Probably it has more to do with the fact that the only guy involved
doesn't really enjoy documentation, which is understandable. But it's
not healthy, is all I'm saying. And most of the problems I listed --
broken links, etc. -- are very easy fixes.
