Unless the fonts render correctly on *some* environment, I'd say the font is
just incomplete.

Just checked.  The fonts render the same on Windows, and as such this is

This is the font I am using for the rendering purpose, and all fonts
developed by the same organization are showing the same error. When

I used Lohit Devangari it worked correctly.
