Announce: X11::Aosd 0.02
Hi, I just uploaded the first public release of X11::Aosd to CPAN. As well you find online documentation and the latest release always here: http://www.exit1.org/X11-Aosd/ This release fully binds the Cairo related stuff of libaosd and should be quite usable but considered beta. Any feedback welcome. Thanks again to Thorsten, who supported me finishing this release so quickly. Regards, Jörn -- .''`. I just added one to the website: http://www.exit1.org/img/X11-Aosd-Screen-1.png In short: libaosd (and thus X11::Aosd) makes programming an on screen display (OSD) as simple as drawing with Cairo. And with composite support we get all the eye candy we like ;) For more details about libaosd refer to: http://www.atheme.org/projects/libaosd.shtml With the next release I will bundle a few examples which show X11::Aosd in action.
