For EU visa application, ticket booking is mandatory but you can do that by blocking the tickets, you don't have to book it in advance. For what it's worth, last time that I checked with KLM and Lufthansa, if one's visa was rejected, then one could get a full refund from both. Of course, one should always read the terms and conditions carefully before booking. Hi GUADEC organizor, There are three potencial sponsors from China, they are interested to sponsor GUADEC after sponsor GNOME.Asia. They are CSDN, seafile, gitCafe. Accoridng to the GNOME.Asia and GUADEC combined sponsorship, bronze sponsor of GNOME.Asia only need to pay USD 800 to be a bronze sponsor of GUADEC. So I need to update the GUADEC brochure, because I found that there are difference level for sponsors in both GNOME.Asia and GUADEC brochure [1]. For Chinese company, they need Fapiao besides invoice. I am thinking about some other ways to get Fapiao, like buy air flight in China and then get Fapiao from airline company.
