If you are unsure I'd recommend to just ask Tererova to the driver when entering the tram, which is the name of the stop where you want to get off. In most trams and busses, the name of the next step is shown on a display and/or is announced via loudspeakers. wrt Troubleshooting: If luggage is lost, there is an info desk in every airport terminal where you file out a form, describe how your luggage looks like, and provide them with contact information info.
