Now it is up to her. I don't want to interfere because she has been talking to the sponsors, and I would rather not get in the way. Volunteer tasks, especially pre-conference and post-conference. People are already booking their travel. If they do not know when they are wanted, they are likely to book travel only for the conference days, so you may then end up without any extra help before or after. This needs to be coordinated by the volunteer coordinator (I heard Jiri mentioned). Conference registration. I have been asked directly around 10 times over the last week why it is not up; I would like to see action towards having the registration page up within the next week or I want an official explanation of why it is not up that I can pass on to anyone who asks me as I don't know and because it hasn't been done yet doesn't look very good :) I would appreciate it if I could have a chance to proof read the page before it goes live. - open floor Let me know if you have any additional suggestions.
