Seems reasonable to me.  It’s a little sad that in bioinformatics x86_64
is used almost exclusively and very few tools work with any other
architecture.

Agreed, it seems likely that this bionformatics tool never worked on
these systems. I will disable builds for these platforms.

should also file a bug report upstream?  At least we’ll know if they
would be willing to support systems other than x86_64.

I decided not to file a bug report since I noted that the README 
specifies that a 64 bit system is required.
